Nandos nelspruit Bester street

I would like to complain about nandos nelspruit in Bester street. I went to buy there yesterday with my husband, as we walked in there was lady at the till with a manager badge on. we asked her about specials and explained that we wanted a full chicken. She proceeded to sell the chicken without explaining if there we specials. As we set down and wait for our order we saw on the board that there was a special for a full chicken and two sides we asked to change our order but she was rude and told us she couldn't change it. We persuaded her until she agreed but then did not add the other full chicken for R99 which came with the special because she said we were not clear enough. I thought the point of the franchise was to make money and the point of her being in front was to sell and make more money for the business and more importantly for her self as a manager your job is to make sure the customers are happy. Unfortunately we did not get her name as the badge did not have a name. But the point is we were very disappointed at the service as that Nandos restaurant is the longest serving in Nelspruit and the service is supposed to be excellent. Thank you.
