Nandos Nelson Mandela strikes again
Hi I made a phone order to Nandos on Nelson Mandela drive for a vegitarian burger and peri wedges. They confirmed the order and sent an sms that it would be ready by 19h15 order number 1212/141194. When i got there at 19h15 , i was told that there was no vegitarian food in stock since friday. The manager said he told someone to call me and obviously they didnt because i hoisted myself there like a fool. All he had to say to me was sorry i told them to call. Was the burger all you wanted? I personally find that SHOCKING! If something is out of stock the employees need to know so that if orders are made for out of stock merchandise they tell us on the PHONE so we dont make the effort to drive there. This is not the first episode with this nandos, service in general is shocking. Iv ordered a vegitarian burger before and received a chicken burger.
