Nandos musgrave- Bad service !!
Nandos musgrave in kzn is absolutely pathetic. They accepted an order at 20.26 via uber eats. And cancelled the order at 21. 38!! After 2 delivery guys visited the store and left. Our money was deducted and the order was canceled so late that we could not buy takeout from another outlet. This is not the first time their business practice has been pathetic. I am very frustrated. Why was the order even accepted in store???

20 May 2021, 17:36Hi, nothing was done regarding the above. The employee / manager called to say they dont have a choice in confirming the order and nothing was done to remedy the situation.
They completely disregarded the situation despite the screenshots I have about order being accepted and then cancelled over an hour later!
