Nandos Modderfontein pathetic service

This is the first time I'm so upset that I'm actually putting up a complaint about Nandos. I lodged a complaint last week on the 6th of November if I'm not mistaken and received 2 references. Was pathetic service to begin with. Waited in 2 queues for absolutely no reason. When I finally received my order, I got home, it was wrong and short Nandos sent me my references to call me back and till today nothing.
