Nandos Modderfontein order glitch

I made an order online on Tuesday, approved payment from my banks notification, when I tried to continue, it gave an error, but the payment went through, order still on my cart and no receipt. I called the Nandos number and I’m told the order didn’t go through, I call Nandos modderfontein, they ask me to wait for two days and there will be a refund. So I assume that’s the case, I checkout the order again, this time I didn’t pay online cos clearly it doesn’t always work well, and asked to pay when I get the food. Which I do. I call them on friday, spoke to very rude lady who didn’t even give me a chance to speak, and I asked for the manager and he asked that I come with my bank statement. I went to the Nandos modderfontein with my bank statement and the manager said he can’t find my transactions, so he will wait for his boss to check the statements and they’ll call me immediately. I’m still waiting and have not been called. So now I have 2 transactions on my bank statement that went through, but the one went through with an unsuccessful order, and I seem I need to work for my refund.
