Nando's mild chicken salad

Just bought the worst mild chicken salad from Nando's Sunward Lifestyle Center ever. The lettuce was wet and wilted, the chicken tasted like it was boiled and hardly any mild flavor. The bottom of the container was like water. Sorry to complain, but I was very very disappointed.
