Nando’s Meyersdal putrid disgusting service
On 01/01/2019 I ordered a family meal over the phone from Nando’s Meyersdal at 12:30 pm it is now 15:30 pm and my family is starving with no food still. I called the store and the manager was the most unhelpful and unprofessional store manager I have ever felt with in my entire life of the fast food industry... he said and I quote “ sorry sir there is nothing I can do, your order is out and you will have to wait for it. I live 2minutes drive from the store under 2km away and I am soooo disappointed in Nando’s for this disgusting service. I will convey this message to all my family and friends in the Area and I will no longer be supporting this store due to the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life . I had a similar incident with kfc Meyersdal where I was given the wrong order and they rectified everything and the meal was given on the house. I urge Nando’s to contact kfc and get training on how to treat paying customers in future. Disgusted
