Nandos Metlife Plaza BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!

Went to Nandos to get some food, placed our order and waited for over half an hour. People that came in and ordered after us got their food very quickly. We noticed one of the servers opening our food packet, taking out the Pita we ordered and placed it in the microwave to reheat it as it was cold!!! Totally disgusted by this poor service. We took our money back. This is not acceptable at all. Also, this is second time we got food here and got BAD service.
