Nandos ****mers, ****s and unprofessional

If I could give 0 stars for this review I would. Nandos Rivonia had charged me twice for my order and promised to refund me. Not only was the process to order extremely inconvenient, I still have not received my refund. I went into the branch and spoke to the manager who said she couldn't help me and told me to email them instead. I have also written to customer care and submitted a complaint on the app but I have not received any feedback.
