Nandos Melville & Florida

I have been always buying Nandos from work using the Nandos App and placing orders but without a doubt they are next level useless I cannot understand as i have ordered from Nandos Melville as there is an option to chose which store Melville or Florida I received both times a late delivery and lousy excuses from he Managers when I phoned to confirm what was the delay i mean as it is their time alone to wait is beyond crazy I mean 50 minutes for every delivery now my luck I wait literally two hours after ordering and I am the one calling to find out what is going on, Now today I order from Nandos Florida the driver comes on time but with my luck forgets my chips I told him to wait I want to call them before he leaves as he has witnessed me paying for the food thinking my whole order is here yet there was no chips in the bag that he brought I have literally waited over 2 hours from the time I called and still I have not received the chips i have paid for I Have no Idea why the Nandos are slacking, yes it is expensive food and it is delicious but with Lousy services like this how the hell would you feel motivated to wait for your food and still not get what you wanted it is an absolutely pathetic service
