Nando's meal that took 1 hour to be ready

Hi I would like to lay a complaint about the slow service I received at Nando's The Village on the 25 February 2020. I went into the restaurant to buy a 1/2 chicken and chips at 19:05PM and only got my order at 20:00PM. It took almost an hour and this is supposed to be "fast food" :-(
