Nandos Meadowdale
Nandos Meadowdale is the worst Restaurant iv been too :(. i was there on Saturday and ordered 2 PayDay specials and i was eating in. so when our food arrived the chicken portions were ridiculous! my partner was given a very decent side breast and wing and i was given a very small n i mean small drumstick and thigh i couldn't believe my eyes so i asked the waiter why is my chicken so small is this what i paid for? and also asked if she could swap it for another piece but the waiter was so rude and said i cant choose pieces on specials which was really surprising so i asked her to call the manager maybe she can give me a better explanation but she refused to get her manager and decided to Mock and make jokes about how i paid R35.00 but expect to get what i want. i was very disgusted and disappointed with the attitude i received from the waiter and also the manager as she stood there and also refused to speak to us or even ask what was happening while her college were busy chatting and laughing a the situation. i asked for a refund and i refused to eat there even while waiting for the refund the manager said nothing! i really don't care if i paid 5 cent for that food its my money and i expect to get at least a decent piece of chicken Nandos Meadowdales service is poor very poor even with their online orders.
That waiter jeez her attitude towards customers is revolting its a pity i didn't take down her name.
