Nando’s mall of Africa plz stay away

Nando’s at mall of Africa has to be the worse Nando’s I have ever visited. Yesterday I went to eat there, while I was on the queue to place an order, the lady at the door told me to go and sit coz a waiter will be coming to take my order, which I thought it was cool. 30 minutes later we still sitting with no one to service. We then asked some lady who is also a waiter to come and take our order, she then said I’m very busy someone will come and take your order which I find it very rude. 45 minutes later an *********** waiter came to our table to take our order. She apologised and went on and complained about how their system that they using is complicated and can’t use it. I’m shocked that Nando’s can take someone to floor while they don’t know the system. While we taking our order she then send our order without taking our drinks order, the meal we ordered allowed us to save on certain drinks but she said she can’t cancel because it’s already sent wow not we has to pay extra for the drink. Worse service and surely will tell people to stay away . Worse food presentation ive ever seen.
