Nandos malibongwe never delivered my food

I’m so disappointed that I placed an order which had to be delivered at 22:05 but I’ve been waiting ever since unprofessionalism the sad part is that I even received an order number and money was deducted from my account, from Nandos malibongwe. Can I please get my refund as I have proof of the order number but there was no order delivered time wasted and disappointed and starvation. I will never ever support Nandos again and I don’t think people should until they rectify their mistake and make sure that this never happens to anyone again!!!! .
