<p>Good day,</p> <p>placing an order telephonically is a nightmare!!! you have to redail over and over for them to answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>when you finally get through, you place your order and then you ask them how much is your total.</p> <p> </p> <p>they left the phone unattended, then i waited over 7 minutes for them to drop the phone in my ear!</p> <p> </p> <p>unexceptable service!!</p>
