Nando’s lynnwood lane poor service!!!!

Nando’s at Lynnwood lane is notorious for closing before time. Yesterday I rushed into the store at 19:55 and was told they close at 19:30. I then Requested that they change their times displayed on the door, their manager Thembi said “our orders take 10 minutes to get ready, you can’t come in at 5 minutes before we close”.

The level of disrespect and disregard for customers is appalling. If the store closes at 19:30...then display that on the door. Not the 20:00 they’re not even complying to. I’m extremely disappointed.
