Nando's lost their plott!

I ordered Nando's chicken platter at 10h00 in the morning from Rosebank, I am a few minutes away from Nando's. Even now its 12:22 pm. I am waiting for delivery of the food. I had to in the mean-time make a plain butter sandwich for my client as he is diabetic and cant stay long without eating. I am really disappointed big time. This is the 2nd time this happens.I will never ever order from them again!
