Nando's, long wait for cold undercooked food.

Nando's Brackenfell drive thru. It took us 35minutes from ordering to receiving our food. Not only was our fries cold but one of the quarter chickens was also undercooked. When we gave them a poor rating they requested our contact details. We supp**** it but no response forthcoming from Nando's.
