I purchased food and but not a drink however I brought a drink with me, I asked for a GLASS WITH ICE PEOPLE GLASS WITH ICE NOT A ***N FREE MEAL and ibwas refused...common sense says customer service curtecy would have been that they give me the glass with ice and have not only ra happy client but a returning 1 but noooo...policy's my ass as a manager you should know how to handle certain situations in a certain time but he was pretty useless too.
