NANDOS LIFESTYLE IN CENTURION HORRIBLE SERVICE TO A PREGNANT WOMAN

I ordered the food telephonically from the call center, the food arrived late ... I was so hungry... the food arrived when the food arrived I went to eat the food I ordered the lemon and herb quarter leg, roll and coleslaw ,the food was terrible they gave me a small portion of chicken which was very hot, I just ate because my lunch was about to finish and I’m pregnant I had to eat something, I was very disappointed however I continued eating From there I opened the coleslaw , it was very terrible,very very dry I couldn’t eat it . I then phoned the manager Penny in the store who wasn’t prepared to replace my Order she was very rude to me back chatting with me and told me to call customer service and see if thell help me, before I did that I spoke to Virginia to see if she can help before I escalate the issue, I wasn’t helped. I regret buying from Nandos. I phoned customer service aswell I spoke to Bonolo mpila my story I wasn’t happy with the outcome aswell. I’m sitting in the office hungry and angry and having a headache I have never received such treatment before.
