Nandos, lie to people

One of statements as Nandos is ' My dad taught me that nothing is more important than keeping a promise' . You guys promise to deliver my order at the comfort of my hospital door, wait after ive paid and all I get a call from the store saying they don't do deliveries. What the hell!!!!!

Is this how you guys operate now? You promise people a service that doesn't exist and only tell them after you have taken their money. This is wrong!!
