Nandos lazy staff
We are at the Horizon view Nandos and I find it very upsetting that as a customer, a request to have the chicken that I ordered to be prepared in a certain way was turned down. The request was to have the portion "butterf****" this is not an unreasonable request as it has been done before but today we get told that the person preparing the meals does not know how to do it. When my husband volunteered to show to we then got told they are no longer doing that. This resulted in my husband changing his order.
