nandos laudium fails to deliver
I placed an order at approximately 7.15pm, I was advised that the food would be delivered to my home within 15 minutes . After an hour I decided to call and enquire as to why my food was not delivered, I was simply told that the driver's scooter had broken down and that I should wait longer without assurance that delivery will take place and that I should wait for a call from the manager, this call is yet to take place, how is this branch managed? Poor service, lack of attention to customers, lack of intervention by owners. I will not recommend the Nandos brand to anyone that is in need of fast food and depends on such outlet for delivery because Nandos will fail you and not bother to even contact you after. Disgusted and disappointed<br>
