Nando's Lambton useless

I ordered a wrap and prego burger with chips, but when the delivery came it was the wrong order. I called the Lambton branch to inform them about the mix up and the lady told me she'll get back to me. I waited for 15min with no feedback regarding my delivery, I actually had to call back and find out what was the progress. Only to be told that the manager has just approved for my new order to be made. Meaning had I not called no action would have been taken. Iwould like to state that this is not the first time my order has been mixed up
