Hi, I would like to put in a recommendation and just to say how grateful i am. I was assisted by a manager i think her name is Rachel(i really hope i have the correct name) from Nandos Lambton. After a frustrating call with Nandos call center and being helped by the manager at the branch. She followed up on my order after i was mean to her when she first called because i was frustrated. she stayed calm and was sooo graceful. she was patient with me and called me more than 3 times. i know our country is going through a lot with the pandemic and she did not have to check on the customers that much. she went beyond and I'm really great full and thankful for her. thank you Nandos Lambton and the manager for an amazing service we truly appreciate it
