Nando's Ladysmith Terrible Service Again and Again

Nando's Ladysmith. Second visit, second terrible service experience. On 18/09/2024, I bought a meal at 17h35. The meal was ready at 18h05. No apology. No explanation. Earlier this year, I waited 45min for my order at the same branch, the order was wrong when it eventually arrived, I requested a refund and left. Terrible service, the staff does not care. Rather order somewhere else. Asking why the order is taking long only makes things worse because the staff will just move even slower. I'd fire everyone in that branch
