Nandos lack of service delivery.
Went to Nandos today corner Pretorius & Paul Kruger street in Pretoria Central. I amongst other people waited for the shop to open, even though it was already 10:25..I noticed that on the window their trading hours for today (Sunday) were from 10:00-18:00..so we were all stuck outside while the doors were closed shut & the employees were visibly living their best lives inside. I fail to understand why they put trading hours, if they are not even going to trade at those hours?? We waited for what seemed to be 45 minutes till we decide to leave & it was still closed..so I opted to take pictures of the store to show how dissatisfied I was & also as proof that it was indeed closed when we left.
