Nando's Kyalami - Dissappointing Cabo Sosatie Flatbread Meal

On Sat 8th March, ordered the Cabo Sosatie Flatbread meal, when I arrived home I noticed that the sosatie was so thin and short, so essentially you eat the other half of the flatbread ONLY with coleslaw, upon checking my receipt there was a link to "talk to Nando's" which did not work hence I emailed them from their website to complain, I got a call today from some lady at Nando's telling me that if I DID NOT TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH of the meal she cannot offer me a refund, 1st Nando's I did not complain to get a refund or replacement meal, I wanted to do better next time, surely the person placing the Sosatie on the flatbread noticed the how small it was in comparison to the flatbread, they could have done something there and then, its too late when the customer go home and then is not satisfied with the meal prepared!!! very disappointed in Nandos... offer your staff proper training. I was quite insulted by your customer service agent or staff member from your Kyalami store that called me, very condescending. I will think twice before I support Nando's again.
