Nando's Kyalami - Disgrace

Unbelievably bad meal from Nando's Kyalami. The order was half chicken + sides and a special request was for them to add more sauce. After paying at the drive through, I even confirmed at pick up if there was more sauce added to which a response was positive. Only to get home and eat, that the chicken was firstly uncut, very very dry (as if it was grilling overtime and waiting for an order) and hardly any sauce. The chips were over fried and dry as well. It's a pity I can not post pictures here but this experience at Nando's Kyalami was horrible. It isn't worth the price anymore these days and you are losing clientele because you don't care, it seems. Certainly thinking twice in future.
