Nando's Kolonnade

Me and my boyfriend went to Nando's across from Kolonnade. When we got there the door was still open, but the drive-thru was closed. We then went in and ask one of the employees if they are open, he told us "no, we are closed". We went back to our car, and as we are driving off, another couple goes in and they place a order. Like seriously?? Why can THEY place a order but not me and my boyfriend. I am not a ******, but stuff like this make my blood BOIL.
