Nando’s Key West

So on Monday 10/07/2022 I went to Key West Nando’s and ordered food, the lady that was packing my food forgot to pack one of the quarter breast we had ordered when I called back to ask why they gave me missing food they acknowledged this but their service was pathetic Nomsa one of the ladies even dropped the phone on me saying she can’t help me, I stay in Randfontein which is a distance from Key West I asked them to deliver as it was their mistake they kept giving me the run around eventually they put me through Mogomotsi and I said I’d meet them halfway at least and he said he would compensate with a meal of apology and when I met up with the driver halfway I got my quarter chicken which I had originally ordered but mind you I was inconvenienced I had to drive bk and meet this guy halfway only to be **** to.The meal that they were talking about is spinach and a buddy coke only.What’s sad is that I had to beg for solutions to get my order that they forgot to give me and ontop of that I was **** to.I still can’t get over the pathetic treatment I honestly view Nando’s badly after how they treated me clearly they don’t put their customers first.
