Nando's Jubilee Mall Worst Service Delivery.

Worst service ever! Nando's Jubilee Mall 26/06/2020 Cashier: Phumi We received the worst service ever from this cashier, the manager didn't even try to reprimand her. I wanted to know what the Nandinos meal comes with and she said with juice, and I asked what else? She said chips... and I was surprised because we once went to Nando's Montana and we got the meal with ice cream, but she was telling me it was an add on, but I could clearly see on the menu that it said plus juice, plus ice cream not with juice OR ice cream. Then all hell broke loose and she started swearing at me and cancelling my order, telling people behind me to place orders because I was wasting her time. She was so rude, lacked customer service and was utterly disrespectful. I don't even want to start with the manager... it's like he let's his staff do as they please. A lot of people don't have jobs, some have lost jobs during these trying times, who would be so grateful to have a job like hers. She clearly doesn't appreciate this blessing. Please address this issue... She has a bad bad attitude!!! So disappointing...
