NANDOS JABULANI WORST EVER SERVICE

I visited Nandos jabulani Mall today 29th of December 2020. When I got there the lady was mopping the floor at 11:00am and one of their manager's Mzi was standing at the door. From the door when he was directing customer's where to go (he was quite unfriendly). I got in, placed my order (on usual basis you place an order and wait on the other side where you placed an order to sit). The same Mzi comes running to me raising his voice that the floor is wet and I mustn't move under the baricades ( Which I didn't, I moved on the side). FYI when you work with people you ask them gently (may you please come this way) #Worse part there was no wet floor sign.

I got so upset how he approached me I asked them to cancel my order. They didn't even apologize just gave me my money and goodbye. Clearly Nandos Jabulani ,is petting themselves on the worst service and not finding the need to apologize to their client. NEVER AGAIN will I set foot here.
