Nandos is very inconsistent branch to branch.

There is nothing I can complain about when it comes to Nando's food however they need to work on the customer service as what we experienced was not up to the standards of the other branches. This was during a weekend in Durban last week.

We were not notified as to how long certain items would take, we had to search for the waitress a few times as there were none to be seen. Mind you the place was not that busy so I do not know as to why any of this happens. I hope they mend this unprofessional behaviour otherwise I shall find another branch to spend my money at.
