Nandos is the worst restaurant

Nandos crown mines in the south of joburg is the worst ***en nandos .. I've ordered food over 1.5 hours ago and still haven't received my food . Idiots who work in the shop can't get hold of their ***en driver to find out when food will come .. what kind of ******* service is this and I thought nandos are reputable .. this is ***en unacceptable man ..to make matters worst this isn't the 1st time this is happening
