Nandos is OFF LINE

Nando's have an online platform to place orders but the Durban North store has been online for almost a week.

the store is not available as a pick up store and displays the message, "We're in our coop, we'll be back soon".

In this technological age, i cannot believe that a brand like Nandos operates so unprofessionally. The Call Centre representative is only to chuffed to say, 'they are offline'.

An all to fami**** line when dealing with the Department of Home affairs and the like.

Customer Service has slipped so badly in recent times. Really sad.
