Nandos is not serious about customer care 🙄
I phoned Nandos Head office to complain about the service I received from their Trade Route branch. It's been almost a week and I have not had any feedback. Nandos is so quick to make funny ads but they seriously don't take their services serious. The Trade Route Lenasia branch is one of the worse branches they have. Staff member as well as their manager is very rude and practically chased my family out of the store. I'm very disappointed that Nandos doesn't care about their customers
