Nando's is Happy To Profiteer from the Proceeds of *****/ ******** Activities

On Wednesday, 4th of August 2021 – my primary cellphone number was cloned and the culprits performed a sim swap and moved the number to a different network. After that they committed ********** transactions from my bank account thus buying goods/ items **********ly without my authorisation.

One of the ********** transactions they committed was a purchase from Nando's with the following details:

04/08/2021 Nandos Online LORENTZVILLE ZA R770.00

When my bank brought this to the attention of Nandos citing that this transaction was/ is ********** and not a valid purchase from the account holder and that it was never approved by the account holder - Nandos’ response was that they aren’t able to reverse the transaction and process the refund as they had already delivered the “product”.

All this is at the back of the compelling evidence that I was de*****ed and thus never approved nor ceded my right to approve transactions from my bank to ******** elements. It is extremely concerning when companies seem not to be bothered by the sources of funds whether they're from ******** elements or not. In this instance, it was put to them and can be proven that I was de*****ed.

The fact that this was a ********** transaction could not move Nandos and its employees. I’m not sure if I should conclude that Nandos is willing to make profits at all costs even when there’s compelling proof of ********** conduct.
