Nandos inedable burnt chicken

I bought R334 chicken by nandos today. When I came home it was so badly burnt and inedable. What makes it worst is that I had a function. I actually phoned the store but they couldn't help much as they are like 35k.a away from my home. Resulting in me having to go to another nandos to get more chicken. What I royal waste of time and energy. I eomiae chicken was so burnt I would not even give it to the dog. I have pictures of the chicken
