Nandos in Maponya Mall - Poor customer service
This incident happened a few minutes ago - I walked into the restaurant waited close to the customer counter as I was waiting to be approached for seating. I waited 10 minutes with no attendance, Nando's staff members kept passing me by seeing I am waiting but no one offered to assist. I eventually walked towards a staff member by one if the cash tills and I asked who can assist me in finding a table and the lady just rep**** to me stating \you can look for a table and sit anywhere\" with reluctance to at least find someone who will help me. I ask her if I just sit how anyone will know if I've been assisted as I was standing by the door for 10 minutes and no one helped me. She replies \"please just look for a table yourself and someone will see you.\"<br> I walked out of there still with no assistance from anyone. I am now seated at Pavarotti's in Maponya mall, where staff attendees are standing at the entrance awaiting customers to assist in seating them as that's how it's done.<br> Highly disappointed in the poor service I received from Nandos in Maponya mall, Soweto.<br> "
