Nandos in house ice with cooldrink sham!

Last friday me and my fiance visited nandos summerstrand in port Elizabeth. It was not our first time visiting the nandos. We decided to have the in-house made cooldrink instead of the branded fizzy drinks. I specifically asked the cashier to make sure they either don't put ice blocks or if needs be, they put a few. To our surprise the cooldrink in the jug came with more ice than the actual drink. We were obvi8not happy with this and requested to see the manager. The waiter confirmed.confirmed the manager was going to attend to us. We waited an extra 30 minutes but to no success..instead the manager continued to ignore us and because I was with my fiance I decided we leave the nandos. If this more ice than the actual drink is a standard for nandos then I believe we are being **********.
