Nando's Ilanga. Appalling .

I must say my experience at Nando's Ilanga mall was appalling. Been going there for a couple times and I would come back home disgusted by the service and the products. The previous time I went to @Nando's I've ordered dessert and the ice cream ended up being milk and tennis biscuit and I was given a dirty table s**** instead of an ice cream s**** or tea s**** at least. Today I went to order hotpot and asked for a glass of water. The cashier gave me a number after ordering I then went to take a seat and waited. The order took time and the guy that brought the order to my table was upset. He ordered me to make sure that my number was up next time. I then asked him for a glass of water with lemon and ice because the cashier must have probably forgotten, he never came back. Until I had to go ask for the water myself. Can management kindly sort out this mess @nando's Ilanga mall. Its really not a good feeling to go in and both my friend and I enjoy Nando's.
