Nandos, I want my money bac****!!!

I had paid for and order, the money was taken out of my account and was then told that my order cannot be processed. I insisted on a refund and was refused. The staff actually kept telling me that I must not complain, this always happens to others! Really???? The store manager was not even reachable. I called customer care on the same day and was promised feedback with 8-12 hours. It is now the 3rd day and nothing!!!! I have contacted customer 3 times now and nothing has come of it. I want my money back Nandos Umhlanga Crescent. Stop this nonsense!
