NANDOS: Horrible Online Service

Horrible experience today after ordering Nandos from their Menlyn branch. I made a order via their APP which i normally use to make orders. I was kept updated with my order and was expecting the order at 12:40. To my surprise the order status changed to ORDER SENT BACK. I tried to contact the shop and there was no response. Later i saw a status update saying the order has been delivered. i asked WHERE in the contact us on their site. I used their platform to contact them twice and till now i have not received any feedback. I just want my money back!
