Nandos Horizon View - Poor Quality of Food Twice
Twice in a matter of 1 week have we received poor quality of food from Nandos Horizon View shopping Centre. On Tuesday, 21/07/15, we bought 1 full chicken with a large coleslaw. When we got home, we discovered that the chicken pieces did not equate to a full chicken and the coleslaw container was only half. As we stay in Krugersdorp, we did not feel like driving all the way back to Horizon view to complain. Last night my husband went to buy chicken again from them. After waiting for 30min, they have not even started with our order yet. Once again, by the time he got home, we found that the chicken was still raw (with blood clearly dripping from the bones - photos available to proof) and with hardly any lemon & herb basting. That was definitely the last that we will ever buy anything from them. Total waste of money!!!
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
