Nandos Hillcrest Terrible Customer service

Nandos Hillcrest, order 7186 at 12:09 lunch time order, I did not receive my buddy coke. After calling i was told a driver will bring it ..it now 2h27 and still no coke. What kind of service is this? Urgent assistance needed
