Nando's has ******* service

I just had the worst order experience ever from Nando's Newcastle. I ordered at 17:30 and the order only came now at 20:41 and worse it was for my elderly mother. I called the call centre several times and they **** saying the guy is outside when he wasn't. The app is also just as useless as it kept saying the order was on the way when in fact it wasn't. The people at the call centre eventually stopped calling, further unprofessional and disgusting service. Don't use the Nando's app for ordering use Uber and avoid ordering from Nando's you won't get your food.
