Nandos has let me down several times at different stores

I called for delivery on the 27th June my food was 2 hours late after i called the store several times to follow up ....the food was horrible n extra source was running looked wrong my son's meal can without a juice I called n let them know i was promised it would be corrected I contact Nandos on Twitter a gota underwhelming distasteful response which ended with me leaving them my contact number.
