Nandos has bad delivery service

My experience with Nandos’s tonight was terrible. I’ve ordered from the Isipingo rail store around 17:15 where I placed my order for delivery. It is now 19:45. I still have not received my order and I have called the store directly 12 times before someone finally picked up only to be told that the driver was sent home. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received and the food that I have not received.
