Nandos Greenstone Terrible Service

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered full livers meal, received box of dry livers, no sauce from greenston jhb. Greenstone manager doesn't have drivers so he said he can't collect the item and therefore implying no refund. He has refused to follow up with me. Customer service has not rep**** to my requests, no follow up.
